While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. There will be a frequent need to work in awkward and confining positions.
Constant need to be standing on feet, bending/stoop/squat/kneel, climb stairs, push or pull, reach above shoulder level, climb ladders, grasp/grip and finger dexterity to handle tools and equipment. The employee must be physically fit to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Pay Range $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience with drywall repair and holding an HVAC certification are a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
