Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Houston is seeking a Make Ready Assistant to support our multifamily communities. You will assist in preparing market-ready apartments, perform light maintenance, and keep common areas clean and safe for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma and some field experience; you must be customer-focused, safety-conscious, and able to travel between properties. Training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in related field preferred.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs).
• Assist staff on projects, trash/debris removal, and snow removal where applicable.
• Exterior light bulb replacement, grounds equipment maintenance, and signage installation/removal.
