Job summary

The Liberty Group is hiring dependable Apartment Porters / Groundskeepers to help keep communities clean, safe, and welcoming. This on-site role supports trash removal, exterior upkeep, and general maintenance.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements include 6+ months labor/porter/groundskeeping experience, valid government-issued ID, reliable transportation, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and debris around the property
• Assist with trash-outs and general property clean‑up

• Replace light bulbs, switch plates, and A/C filters as needed
• Check smoke alarms and replace batteries as directed
• Support maintenance/office teams with day‑to‑day community upkeep
