Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Make Ready technician to perform repairs across the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical tasks. You will install appliances as needed and ensure service orders are completed promptly, while maintaining exterior curb appeal and adhering to safety regulations.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, HS diploma, strong HVAC skills (cert preferred), and good communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Maintain exterior property for curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety, environmental laws.

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license.
