Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Make Ready technician to address repairs and readiness of apartment homes. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems, install appliances, and ensure timely completion of resident requests.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. A valid driver's license may be required; lifting up to 100 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs.
• Possibility of a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
