Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home in Hazel Crest, IL. You will provide medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, and accompany clients to appointments as needed.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience of 1+ year is required.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Housekeeping and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
• Respectful, compassionate with a good bedside manner.

• Must be able to work in the USA and be very reliable.
• Must be willing to work full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders for clients.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility to appointments or activities.
• Provide personal care and hygiene support.
• Assist with physical therapy and prescribed exercises.
• Shop for clients or accompany them shopping as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator promptly.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the Care plan as directed.

Caregiver responsibilities:

• Medication Reminders
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Follow the Care plan.

Caregiver Requirements:

• Previous home care experience of 1+ years.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Driver license
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be very reliable.
• Must be willing to work full-time or part-time
