Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This part-time role offers flexibility, immediate access to earned wages, and a chance to contribute to meaningful outcomes for children with Autism.

Ideal candidates bring a willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations. RBT certification is required before working, and paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
