Job summary

Visiting Angels of Main Line is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one home care for seniors in Wynnewood, PA and nearby Main Line communities. We value heart, experience, and reliable staffing to keep older adults safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of caregiving, supportive personas, and a willingness to meet onboarding requirements. Flexible schedules and strong teamwork are available through our office staff and client assignments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience assisting seniors with activities of daily living.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to meet TB screening and onboarding requirements.
• Dementia, Alzheimer’s, hospice, or mobility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with eating.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Give medication reminders as needed and maintain safety.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Support memory-related condition care and reminiscence.

Your Role in Making a Difference

As a Visiting Angels caregiver, you’ll provide personalized support that may include:

• Helping seniors start and end their day comfortably

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Preparing nutritious meals and providing meal assistance

• Offering companionship and meaningful conversation

• Providing medication reminders

• Helping maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Supporting mobility and safe transfers

• Accompanying clients on errands and appointments

• Providing compassionate support to individuals with memory-related conditions

What Makes You a Great Fit?

We’re looking for individuals who bring both experience and heart to their work.

Preferred qualifications include:

Pay and Compensation

$15–$20 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and assignment.

Additional pay opportunities may be available for select shifts.
