Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tempe, Arizona is hiring dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. You'll help with daily living activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility support, and clear communication with families and care coordinators.

Training and ongoing support are provided, and scheduling offers flexibility.

Qualifications

• Compassionate individuals with a strong desire to help others
• Certified caregivers (CHHA or DCW preferred, but not required) or family members seeking certification with guidance
• Reliable and dependable with good communication skills
• Must pass background check and provide valid identification
• Experience preferred but not required; training provided

• Reliable and dependable with good communication skills

• Must pass background check and provide valid identification

• Experience preferred but not required — we provide training and support
