Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Midland Odessa is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our on-site team in Midland, TX. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered OT services to rehabilitation patients, focusing on independence, function, and quality of life using advanced technology in a supportive environment.

We seek licensure, CPR, and a Master’s degree prefer­ence (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience).

Qualifications

• Current state licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
