Formación

• HHA certification in New Jersey is required.
• Previous experience in home care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status to the care coordinator.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
• Ensure clients’ comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
