Job summary

Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking compassionate caregivers in Philadelphia to provide in-home care, companionship, and support to seniors and their families. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and transportation while promoting independence and safety.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, day/evening/overnight shifts, biweekly pay, mileage reimbursement, referral bonuses, training, and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Must meet applicable company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
