Village Caregiving is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to join our team in West Virginia. You will provide personal hygiene, mobility assistance, meal prep, and in-home support to clients.

The role involves one-on-one care, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexible shifts including nights and weekends. We value reliability, empathy, and a commitment to safety, with opportunities for growth and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal hygiene assistance and mobility support in home care.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers as needed.
• Reliable transport and valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and support with activities of daily living.
• Assist with medication reminders and mobility around the home.
• Plan and prepare meals for clients and assist with therapy exercises as directed.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to appointments as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and report emergencies promptly.
