BK Healthcare Management seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, helping children with Autism reach their potential. Prior experience is not required, as paid training is provided and you’ll join a dedicated ABA team.

Positions start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours, offering real opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to families’ well-being, while earning with a same-day pay option and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part‑time.
• Required to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
