Job summary

Republican Jobs is seeking a senior major gifts fundraiser to manage a personal portfolio of major gift donors and prospects. You will cultivate and steward relationships with donors giving $10,000+ and solicit five- and six-figure gifts through personal asks.

You will develop customized fundraising strategies and campaigns, own the donor lifecycle including moves management in Salesforce, and track progress with clear metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven major gifts fundraising or sales experience.
• Proven track record raising $1M+ annually.
• Preference for 501(c)(4) gift solicitation experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM with minimal hand-holding.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% for face-to-face solicitations.
