Highlights

• Manage a portfolio of at least 125 major gift prospects including individuals, corporations, and foundations linked to Athletics.
• Develop and implement major gifts strategies and stewardship plans to cultivate donor relationships.
• Conduct a high volume of prospect visits monthly to build philanthropic revenue for Villanova Athletics.
• Collaborate with Athletics administration and Head Coaches to align fundraising efforts with departmental priorities.
• Work closely with the Assistant Vice President, Athletics Development, and Director of Stewardship on development activities and donor stewardship.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of fundraising or sales/business development experience required.
• Proven success in individual fundraising and experience with major gift prospects necessary.
• Ability and willingness to travel, strong verbal and written communication skills, and teamwork orientation are essential.
• Master’s degree and experience in higher education or intercollegiate athletics preferred.
• Salary range: $89,800 to $98,000, exempt position, full-time and 12-month schedule in the University Advancement department.
