Job summary

Major Food Brand in New York is seeking a friendly, guest-focused ambassador to greet guests, take names, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth dining experience. You will represent the restaurant with warmth and knowledge, contributing to memorable visits for every guest.

As a hostess or front-of-house team member, you will engage patrons with menu highlights, help manage flow during peak hours, and assist with safety and courtesy throughout the dining room.

• Greet and assist guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Engage guests and inform them about menu and specials.
• Monitor dining room flow and assist with seating and exit as needed.
• Support security and safety duties as required.

• Help flow of traffic in and out of restaurant.
• Engage guests, act as an ambassador of the restaurant in both personality and knowledge.
• Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
• Perform some security responsibilities as necesssary.
• Performs other duties as directed.
