Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in the RV service network. You will diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach bodies, with focus on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance.

We value attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work across multiple trades. The role offers hands-on training, with potential certification support for the right candidate and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

  • Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful, but applicable work experience is also considered.
  • Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
  • RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
  • Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
  • Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) for our growing team.We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators and coach body repairs. Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified.
