C2 GPS Dba Workforce Solutions Of The Coastal Bend in Beeville is offering a temporary full-time Maintenance Worker role, 8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday, to support routine equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance on-site.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent (or be actively pursuing one). Pay rate is $14.00 per hour, with selection subject to Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend’s program eligibility. This opportunity is part of a work-based learning program.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters.
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or tools like precision measuring instruments.
