Job summary

Kingston Bay Senior Living in Fresno, CA is seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to keep residents safe and comfortable. This part-time role requires hands-on problem solving, basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and boiler work, and a responsive approach to maintenance requests.

You will coordinate with outside vendors, prepare resident apartments, promote safety, and support a welcoming community. Flexible daytime hours with occasional evenings or weekends are available; you’ll join an EPIC

What You'll Do

• Handle Maintenance Requests: Complete routine repairs and respond promptly to maintenance needs throughout the community.

• Use Your Technical Skills: Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and other building systems.

• Prepare Resident Apartments: Ensure apartments are clean, safe, and ready for new residents.

• Promote Safety: Support inspections, follow building codes, and maintain safety standards.

• Work with Contractors: Coordinate with outside vendors and assist with larger repairs when needed.

• Support the Community: Provide friendly, helpful service to residents, families, and team members.

What We're Looking For

• Maintenance Experience: Previous experience with repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or a related field preferred.
