State of Missouri is seeking an entry-level maintenance worker for the New Florence Maintenance Facility to perform routine upkeep of state roadways and facilities under supervision. The role includes operating vehicles, flagging traffic, and basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
The position supports potential advancement via the CAREER-LADDER track as you gain experience and skills. An annual wage adjustment may apply during winter/emergency operations.

The maintenance worker performs routine, entry-level duties related to the maintenance of the state's roadways and facilities. Responsibilities are performed under direct supervision.
This position is eligible for a temporary emergency operations adjustment of $3 to $6 per hour, depending on the area of operation, when handling winter/emergency operations activities.
