Job summary

Aramark in Frisco, TX is seeking a Maintenance Worker Lead to oversee building and grounds maintenance in the assigned facility. You will supervise a small team, assign daily tasks, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, the ability to coordinate with other trades, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. You will perform routine inspections, complete checklists, and mentor junior staff.

• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to physical risks.
• Exercise considerable judgment based on previous experience to solve problems.
• May act as an informal resource for those with less experience.
• Operates with limited supervision.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

• Mentors employees on minor tasks to correct mistakes.

Job description

The Maintenance Worker Lead is responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned area(s). The Maintenance Worker Lead may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the maintenance operation.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
