Job description

Performs a variety of maintenance and minor repair duties for our Corporate Office and other administrative offices to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for co-workers and visitors.

Essential Duties and Functions

• Maintains and distributes various paper goods, refreshments, cleaning products, and office supplies for the kitchens, break areas, and restrooms.
• Maintains conference rooms for meetings and trainings.
• Painting, minor plumbing, landscaping, snow removal, other minor repair and maintenance activities.
• Assists in keeping Central Office vehicles properly serviced, safe, and clean.
• Assists staff in storing and retrieving records, files, and furniture.
• Moves and assembles office furniture.
• On-call for emergencies and security monitoring.

Qualifications

• GED / HS diploma.
• 3-5 years’ related work experience.

• Heavy : exerting up to pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Salary Description $16.50 an hr.
