Job summary

JAG Mobile Solutions in Fremont, Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Worker to keep facilities safe, functional, and efficient. This role covers general maintenance, repairs, and coordinating service needs across multiple company locations.

You will use hand and power tools, assist with compressors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and drive company vehicles as needed. This is a full-time role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred.
• Experience with hand tools and basic electrical equipment.
• Understanding of plumbing, HVAC, or facility systems helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and light repairs across facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance for compressors, cranes, fire systems, water systems.
• Support seasonal grounds upkeep and snow removal as needed.
• Replace blades and lines; assist with tool and equipment upkeep.
• Repair equipment and facility components as required.
• Assist with maintenance projects and emergency tasks.
• Coordinate service repairs with technicians.
• Drive company vehicles for pickups, deliveries, or transfers.

Maintenance Worker

Location: Fremont, IN with travel as needed to company facilities in Angola and Howe, IN

Pay: Starting at $20.50 per hour, based on experience

JAG Mobile Solutions is looking for a reliable Maintenance Worker to support day-to-day facility upkeep, complete repairs, coordinate service needs, and help maintain a high-quality manufacturing environment.

JAG Mobile Solutions is a quality-focused manufacturer of specialty commercial trailers based in Howe, IN. Our trailers are used in a wide range of applications, including outdoor music concerts, professional golf events, disaster relief, and military training operations worldwide. What You’ll Do

• Perform general maintenance, upkeep, and light repairs throughout company facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance for compressors, cranes, fire systems, water systems, and other facility-related equipment.
• Support seasonal upkeep of company grounds, including summer and winter maintenance needs.
• Replace saw blades, air lines, and assist with general tool and equipment upkeep.
• Repair equipment, appliances, and facility components as needed.
• Assist with assigned maintenance projects and emergency tasks, such as snow removal or generator setup.
• Identify, report, and help coordinate larger repair needs with leadership or outside service providers.
• Coordinate service repairs involving air compressors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems with service technicians.
• Drive company vehicles as needed for pickups, deliveries, or inter-company transfers.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous maintenance, handyman, facilities, or general repair experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, hardware, and basic electrical equipment.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, or facility systems.
• Experience with 480V 3-Phase Electrical
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions, measurements, and work orders accurately.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Well-organized, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, quality, and completing work correctly.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
