Diocese of Orlando Catholic Schools is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and property, with flexibility for evening and weekend hours. The role requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus the ability to diagnose issues and coordinate with vendors.
A clean background and OSHA safety training are required. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with relevant maintenance experience preferred.
The Maintenance Worker provides a variety of services such as mechanical repair, general maintenance, and overall handyman for the buildings, equipment and property.

High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience in similar position preferred.
The working hours of this position are not limited to an 8-hour day. This person will need to be available in the evening and weekends, as needed. Must be willing to work in conditions of stress and function well under pressure.
Tasks involve the ability to exert heavy physical effort in heavy work, with greater emphasis on climbing 15 feet and balancing, but typically also involving some combination of stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and crawling, and the lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (30 pounds). Exposure to climate changes, uncomfortable temperatures, and fumes. Works with machinery requiring considerable caution.
