• Adhere to IATF16949 work instructions
• Adhere to ISO14001 work instructions and training
• Read and follow all job related work instructions.
• Observe & follow all safety procedures and guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to self and other employees.
• Ability to work comfortably from aerial lifts and elevated platforms at heights exceeding 50 feet.
• While greasing and oiling of machinery observe all moving parts during lubrication to determine equipment condition and identify wear.
• Ability to read and understand directions.
• Assists tradesmen in various repairs and set up of machinery.
• Must have basic computer skills for work order entry and completion.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift and/or man‑lift licenses from CWC safety department.
• Provide own tools (personal hand tools).
• Rebuild on pneumatic cylinders and valves.
• Rebuild on hydraulic pumps, cylinders and valves.
• Assist maintaining ACS unit.
• Daily inspections of plant and machinery.
• Make necessary building repairs to include safety audit findings.
• All other duties as determined by Management.

What you will need to succeed

• Minimum two years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Types of experience can include but not to be limited to rebuilding of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, building facilities projects, and preventative maintenance work.
• Welding, machine technologies, maintenance certifications, etc. can be used towards experience requirement.
• High school diploma or GED required.
