Job summary
Mariposa Associates is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Utilities Lead in Freeport, IL to own boilers, steam systems, electrical troubleshooting, PLC diagnostics, and plant reliability. - Own boilers, steam systems, and utilities within a high-volume food manufacturing operation.
- Lead electrical troubleshooting and PLC diagnostics at the site.
- Mentor and manage a small maintenance/utility team.
- Drive reliability, safety, and plant uptime across production lines.

What you need:
- Strong boiler/steam experience

- Electrical + PLC troubleshooting
- Leadership experience in a plant environment
- Food/dairy manufacturing a plus
