Job summary

McDonald's in Wright City, MO is seeking a Maintenance Person to assist management in keeping the restaurant clean and ensuring equipment functions properly. You will be part of the Maintenance Team, with tools and training provided to succeed and grow within the company.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil checks, cleaning grills and vents, grounds upkeep, stocking areas, and assisting on the floor as needed.

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Cleaning grills, air vents, grease troughs, and kitchen area.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, and restrooms.
• Maintaining an organized stock room, walk-in, and freezer.
• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Taking out and emptying trash compactor.
• Changing light bulbs.
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
• Owning Planned Maintenance Calendar.
• Helping on the floor as needed.
