Air Methods is seeking a Maintenance Training Program Specialist to design, implement, and instruct training for 135 Field mechanics and 145 Repair Station mechanics. You will develop curricula, maintain records, and ensure compliance with Air Methods policies and CFR requirements.
You will collaborate with maintenance leadership, manage training schedules, and coordinate internal and external sessions. A BS/BA in aviation or related experience with DOT/FAA awareness is required.
Job SummaryResponsible for designing, implementing, and instructing maintenance training programs for 135 Field mechanics and 145 Repair Station mechanics. Creates plans and implements department training and curriculum and is responsible for its delivery to all mandated employees. Develops and/or ensures compliance with governmental, company, divisional, and/or departmental policies, procedures, regulations, and requirements as applicable.

Subject to applicable laws and Air Method’s policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position. All employees must follow Air Methods’ employment practices and policies.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
