Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in maintenance, inventory, or tool crib operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, or ERP systems preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized tool crib.
• Issue, track, and receive maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and records (manual or electronic systems).
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking materials.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and identification of all tools and parts.
• Support maintenance technicians with timely responses to tool and part requests.
• Stage parts and materials for preventive maintenance and repair work.
• Assist in managing critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
• Communicate part availability with maintenance and production teams.
