Job summary

The Maintenance Clerk at Tony's Fresh Market is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across the store, restrooms, offices, and cleaning supply inventory.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, bilingual English/Spanish, and a willingness to work flexible hours including overnight shifts; team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floor by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming
• Gather and empty trash
• Service, clean and supply restrooms, clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, using soapy water, cleaners, sponges and squeegees
• Dust furniture walls, machines and equipment
• Maintain dry floor area, especially at the front door
• Deploy wet floor cones when necessary

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work schedules are variables depending on the needs of price changes the schedules will be variable
• working from midnight.

Disclaimer

Pay scale $15.00 - $20.00

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. *Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members.
