Positions Covered

• Millwright
  • Perform periodic inspections, tests, and maintenance procedures on equipment to preserve proper functionality.
  • Troubleshoot when issues arise with equipment.
  • Adjust, repair, and/or replace defective parts as needed.
  • Communicate mechanical issues that require supervisory or managerial expertise.
• Electrician
  • Perform periodic inspections, tests, and maintenance procedures on equipment to preserve proper functionality.
  • Install and connect power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed equipment.
  • Diagnose malfunctions in equipment and repair/replace as needed.
  • Communicate electrical issues that require supervisory or managerial expertise.
• Maintenance Planner
  • Maintain and improve required and spare parts inventory and tracking capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain equipment print and schematic library for tradesmen utilization.
  • Assess equipment to determine time needed for service and repair.
  • Track status of projects and ensure they are brought to fruition.
  • Update and print PMs with management input.
  • Oversee flow of product in warehouse to maintain security and accountability.
  • Collaborate with leads and supervisors in procurement and kitting for repairs.
  • Create and manage partnerships with contractors.
  • Author and facilitate execution of five-year plan that forecasts repairs and shutdown operations.
• Lead Maintenance Technician
  • Perform the role of the Millwright, Welder, and Electrician as needed.
  • Submit requests for parts to facilitate completion of repairs and projects.
  • Control and communicate preventive maintenance work requirements and manage schedule of outcome resolution as needed.
  • Complete shift notes accurately and follow up on items that still need repair.
  • Direct the work of other technicians to perform maintenance efficiently and effectively.
• Maintenance Foreman
  • Directly supervise and manage technicians and leads, ensuring productivity and accuracy meet expectations.
  • Perform the role of the above positions when required.
• Tooling Technician
  • Change over mill tooling with designated tooling and align it to ensure production is on-spec.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and equipment specifications.
  • Maintain accuracy and account of tooling equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance periodically and troubleshoot as needed.

Qualifications and Essential Functions

• Experience

  • Experience in an industrial environment using related tools and equipment.
• Education

  • Strong visual ability and manual dexterity; ability to lift up to 55 lbs occasionally.
