Job summary

Tamarac Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dependable Weekend Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility safe, clean, and well-functioning for residents and staff. You will perform general building maintenance and assist with basic repairs, with opportunities to work independently and as part of a team during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include addressing maintenance requests promptly, inspecting equipment, and upholding safety standards in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, healthcare, or commercial facility experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks associated with the position.
