Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Meridian in Decatur, GA. You will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include handling repairs, completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units. On-call duties may arise; a trip stipend is provided if called back after hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Meridian, a 217 unit apartment community in Decatur, GA.

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.
