Job summary

Stellar Family of Companies in Texas is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities running smoothly and residents satisfied. You’ll perform daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and small improvements.

You’ll troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general systems while coordinating with property management and onsite teams to deliver top-notch resident service in a fast-paced setting.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our community operating at its best and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to resident service requests
• Maintaining apartment homes and preparing vacant units for new residents
