PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Maintenance Tech Lead to oversee preventive and general maintenance of the facility and equipment while mentoring other technicians. The role emphasizes safety and hands-on leadership in a hospital setting.

The position is full-time, with a focus on maintaining a safe environment for employees and patients, and opportunities for professional growth through our Education Advancement Program.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) or more years of related experience in general maintenance; hospital maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Tech Lead is responsible for preventive & general maintenance & repair of facility and associated equipment while leading, training and mentoring other technicians. These duties are performed in accordance with all applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, & visitors of all ages. Other responsibilities include security in the absence of a security officer and other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Five (5) or more year's related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. General Maintenance background experience required, hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required.
