Responsibilities

The Maintenance Tech Lead is responsible for preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment. This role involves leading, training, and mentoring other technicians. Duties are performed in accordance with all applicable standards to ensure a safe environment for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages. Additional responsibilities include maintaining security in the absence of a security officer and other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Five (5) or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A background in general maintenance is required; hospital maintenance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
