Framebridge Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician Team Lead in San Marcos, TX to oversee facility upkeep, inspections, repairs, and administrative tasks. You will coordinate with the Operations team to keep the studio running smoothly and safely.

The role requires hands-on maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and carpentry aspects, plus CMMS/Excel reporting and safety compliance. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a maintenance technician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• English reading/writing proficiency.
• Safety-conscious with health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections of the facility.
• Check electrical and hydraulic systems for functionality.
• Perform repairs and installations.
• Maintain maintenance logs and use CMMS/Excel.
• Triage work orders and prioritize urgent needs.

A great maintenance technician lead will have a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, pneumatics as well as carpentry. They will have a solid understanding of all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude for undertaking administrative tasks such as basic shop maintenance, tool upkeep, and inventory procedures.
