Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform and complete work orders across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and grounds maintenance. You will support the preventative maintenance program and ensure safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience, holds an EPA HVAC certification, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and grounds maintenance.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Skilled) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range

$18.95 - $23.65 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
