Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned maintenance duties and routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies; notify supervisors for replacements.
• Assist with refurbishment projects and repairs.
• Complete work within scheduled time frame and budget.
• Install, finish, repair, paint, drywall or related tasks.
• Pick up and deliver supplies.
• Operate maintenance equipment including company vehicles and snow blowers.
