Job summary

The Ivy Castle Rock, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for the physical plant, interiors, and resident units on site. You will perform basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks and support apartment turnovers.

Join a team that emphasizes safety, respect for residents, and collaboration across departments. A high school diploma and ability to operate MS Office are preferred; eligibility for background checks and health screenings

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Ability to assist with apartment turnovers – painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing.
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa if applicable.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
