Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) for a part-time role. You will repair and maintain building systems, complete work orders, and support preventive maintenance across our campuses.

The position requires 2–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a leading senior living provider.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) position.

JOB TYPE: Part time

In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings, as well as completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of technical experience in maintenance
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range

$19.06 - $23.91 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
