You’ll handle general maintenance, repairs, and simple plumbing, respond to requests, and assist with moving or arranging furniture. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance experience preferred, especially in healthcare or multi-unit buildings.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Reliable, respectful, and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take care of general maintenance and repairs around the community
• Fix everyday items like lighting, paint, drywall, flooring, and basic plumbing
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders
• Help move, assemble, or install furniture and equipment
• Assist with resident transportation and support housekeeping when needed
