Job summary

HeadPinz & FastTrax Entertainment Centers is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep facilities safe and operational across all locations. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on preventative maintenance, hazard mitigation, and rapid response to issues in guest areas, back‑of‑house spaces, and attractions.

You will perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical work, coordinate with vendors, document repairs, and support opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or building repair experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and correct safety hazards throughout guest areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and fixtures.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues, secure unsafe areas, and assist with emergency situations.
• Coordinate with outside vendors or contractors as directed.
• Document maintenance requests and completed repairs; communicate timelines to management.
