Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our team in Surprise, AZ. You will diagnose, repair, and replace components, while maintaining documentation of parts used and progress updates for supervisors.

The role involves electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance, with an emphasis on safety and quality. A trade certificate and 1 year of related experience are preferred; RVIA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
  • Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful.
  • RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
  • Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
  • Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
  • Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.

Skills

1+ year service experience
Valid driver’s license preferred
