Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment, automated PLCs and robotics to support production operations.

The role requires strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, PLC troubleshooting and the ability to read schematics. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor on work orders and safety compliance in a metal fabrication setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10 years maintenance experience in metal fabrication preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot diverse equipment.
• Experience with electrical, PLCs, robotics and controls.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Manage calibrations and configurations for programmable devices and systems.
• Enforce maintenance safety requirements and optimize equipment reliability.
• Coordinate inventory maintenance and work orders with supervision.
• Develop relationships with outside contractors and vendors.
• Maintain daily logs and track status of ongoing projects.
