Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service equipment at the main site and regional locations. The role includes travel to support regional sites and emergency maintenance as needed.

You will work on electro-mechanical equipment, boilers, autoclaves, and robotics to keep operations running smoothly. The position offers 2nd or 3rd shift options, with a 6K sign-on bonus paid in three installments, and hourly pay ranging from $30.43 to $40.17.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background with production equipment and robotics
• Welding and basic repair experience
• Electrical fault identification and repair ability
• PLC troubleshooting for controlled machines

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of equipment and on-site troubleshooting
• Coordinate with Service and Engineering for parts and travel
• Assemble and install equipment and upgrades while meeting timelines
• Interface with plant operations, global operations, and suppliers
• Schedule downtime with Plant Managers for maintenance
• Submit weekly progress reports on tasks completed and remaining
• Provide remote service support to bring plants back to production quickly
• Maintain Washsmart inventory at Daniels locations with plant management
