Job summary

Golden Rose Senior Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure facilities operate efficiently and to perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building components. The ideal candidate is reliable, a team player, and able to solve problems while maintaining documentation of repairs and service history.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of maintenance experience, with basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Willingness to be on call for nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Inspect building for structural damage and perform repairs as needed.
• Keep records of repairs and service dates.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance measures to reduce safety risks.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any basic repairs and or request for service.
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Basic Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
