We are seeking a PRN Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Hospital Details

Vibra Hospital of Denver, located in Thornton, CO, is a 54 bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Our patients often require additional critical care services for complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment safely and efficiently, in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures. Assists with repairs, performs scheduled preventive maintenance, and maintains a safe environment following safety policies. May also have security responsibilities.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in building or mechanical fields required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Electrician or maintenance certification preferred. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems preferred.
• Professional image projection.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer applications.
• Drug and alcohol-free workplace.
