KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Port Huron area. You will handle on-site property maintenance, respond to service requests, perform apartment turns, and provide on-call support to ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair. You will safely use hand and power tools while prioritizing quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge required.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
• Appliance repair skills preferred.
• Knowledge of basic residential repairs.
• Able to safely use hand and power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Available for emergency on-call.

The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and timely service requests. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, service requests, apartment turns, and emergency on-call.
